Will Team Site Blogs get Delve Blog functionality?
Delve blogs are great with the responsive design and ease of creation for posts. But we have a number of blogs built as SharePoint sites using the blog site template that are topic based with multiple authors and not associated with a person so there's no logical Delve home. Will the ability to create blogs using the modern page layouts but as a SharePoint site instead of in Delve be possible?

I think the idea of News in team sites is that they take the place where teams use blogs in SharePoint. Time-specific pages with rich-text and media.
- Yes, but replacing current blogs feature by Delve ones or something similar is a different story
Agreed, will you "like" or "comment" on News in team sites like you can with blogs today?
Mark-Kashman can help here...I'm not aware of any move in this direction (at least publicly)
