When will the People Vertical (Organization level) become configurable?
All Out of the Box search verticals can be customized in the Search & Intelligence admin center, but not People.
We really need to be able to add refiners AND taylor the query in order to exclude some of the results

This is supposedly hard to do as the People Vertical uses a combination of sources for which there is little in the way of common refiners. However, in the majority of cases everything that users need is in the Local People Results source in SharePoint and so why can we not switch the vertical to use that and then add refiners etc.- I am not sure I buy that explanation, at least it is a design blunder if it has become so hard to change that we can't filter the results with a simple KQL query. Just my 5 cents
