SharePoint Online - Change ranked search results by changing the query
I'm looking for some help. I want to change the sort order of the search results. I would like the search results to display Sites 1st, Documents 2nd and Lists 3rd. Is this possible?
Could someone please help me figure this out. I was directed to this article, but I cannot get it to work: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/manage-query-rules#change-ranked-search-results-by-changing-the-query
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

- KasperLarsenIron ContributorIt sounds like a good case for using XRANK to tweak the order. I suggest looking into that concept and this article, https://www.techmikael.com/2016/12/tip-for-writing-multiple-xranks-or.html?m=1
