Office 365 search result language in Windows 10

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have some language discrepancy while searching for Office 365 info on Windows 10. As you can see here some part of the search results appear in Luxemburgish:&nbsp;&nbsp;The language of my region is French and I use an English is display language:&nbsp;I wonder where to change something to get things in English everywhere ?&nbsp;&nbsp;
