New Search Analytics and understanding the data
Looking for some help in understanding the new charts in Search analytics.
We are an organization of about 650 people and our Query analytics are showing only 61 click throughs in the last 28 days whereas we show a little over 9000 searches. We find that a little hard to believe and would like to know if there is any way to see the details of the underlying data. Things like what was the actual search, what URLs were returned, what user was searching, etc. Unfortunately, without more detailed data, we are struggling to figure out what we could improve. This is also especially hard because the Abandoned search terms report is only for SharePoint and doesn't include Outlook or Teams which are the most searched in our organization.
If anyone has any idea on how we could look into this or understands these analytics better, I would love to connect.
