Microsoft Search type people results in on-premise environment
I have been playing around with the Microsoft Search in Bing for a couple of days and I kind of like the way it displays People, Files and Sites results for a search term in Bing as Promoted results.
Is there a way I can replicate the same behavior in my on-premise environment to display people results? Sort of I am trying to find the display template MS may have used to display the results. Any documentation / articles may be useful.

Microsoft Search in Bing uses several online sources from your Office 365 tenant to display the information on the people card. MSB does support https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/hybrid/hybrid-search-in-sharepoint environment.
We will have more information on connectors towards later half of 2019.
Thanks for your response Raj Kolagotla. I already have federated search in my environment and am looking forward to enbale hybrid search. My questions was more around the display template for the people card. I loved the way information is displayed and wanted to see if I can also replicate the same in my on-premise environment.
