manager name to appear in delve after a change in AD/user profile
I have changed my manager to mgr1 in AD and mgr2 in user profile under shareoint online admin.
I have tried checking delve could not find any of the names.
Which manager's name would feature in delve and when?

- I have noticed a change in the Organisation tile on Delve. Initially I populated under SharePoint Admin. Recently I have focused on aligning AAD to accurately populate the new Profile Card. I have observed that Delve reflected new users org relationships from AAD but maintained SharePoint User Profile relationships for existing users. Yesterday I noted that AAD has now 'overwritten' the original SharePoint User Profile with new AAD Profile relationships. This is great because I have 'one version of the truth' I am interested to know if there is a precedence here. If a tenant has not entered a ManagerID against a User i.e. it has a null value, will Delve utilise a SharePoint User Profile if one is available? Also, in the future is it the intention to deprecate these attributes in SPO to compel admins to fully populate and maintain the Manager ID in AAD? Alina Skarbovsky your thoughts?

- If using DirSync then your AD should be the source of truth.
Not all services replicate straight away. Give it a day and see if it has updated in Delve.
