Experimenting with External Source integration into Microsoft Search, Index Quota

I'm looking to try out MS Graph Connector development to integrate some business specific software that my company makes use of.

 

I've asked the support team to set up an MS365 Sandbox Subscription within which to experiment. However, It seems unclear to me what the index quota would be in such an environment.

 

Would we have to get Copilot licenses for that Subscription to be able to experiment?

Is there a certain free allotment?

    In context of Index quota (of Graph connectors), Microsoft offers a free trial. The free trial provides you a quota of 1 million items for 90 days. You may enable the free trial directly from the Admin center (Settings -> Search & Intelligence -> Data sources).
