Does your organization use Delve? Would you mind sharing your company name?
Hello Delve community,
Our organization is planning to roll out Delve to our users. We hear some companies turned off Delve due to lack of proper governance with their SharePoint permissions. It would be great if you can let me know if your organization is using it.
Your responses are very much appreciated.

- My advice to organisations is generally to get their house in order and sort out their governance before enabling features.
That being said I tend to leave Delve on because as they migrate content into SharePoint Online they should have proper governance with appropriate permissions beforehand - however that's my clients.
I do know of some that turn it off because of the same problem you've listed which is really just a case of hiding from the truth. If permissions are an issue - fix them, and do it fast because Delve isn't the only thing that will surface documents you don't have access to.
