Distribution Group members found in Search.

We're in hybrid. in the SP search Query tool you can see search also perform on the memberships. 

these are the memberships of the distribution lists (which are still used) if i remove Quicklinks out of the crawled properties as it's connected with the membership managed properties i am still finding these users.  What should i remove for the distribution groups to be visible via the outlook app member off, but for these results not to display these persons in MyPeople
