Delve Board - Docs in Asian languages are disappearing
We have an important corporate document which is translated into 30 languages. All the translated versions (including the original EN-UK) docs are put as cards on a dedicated Delve board. For 26 languages the cards stay on the board. For 4 languages (Korean, Chinese Traditional & Simplified, Thai) the cards are removed from the board over and over again (we've added them on the board already 3x times and every time they disappear after a few days). I've bookmarked these documents as well, but they also disappear from my list of bookmarks in Delve.
Is Delve having issues with documents written in foreign Asian languages?

Hi EricDeferm & John Wynne I talked with the Delve Localisation PM this morning. He was unaware of this particular issue. He is following up with the board owners on the Dev Team. Hopefully they will take a look and come back on here to let you know what is going. You did the right thing by logging a support call for sure! Regards, Staff

Hi EricDeferm Just an update...so the right people are looking at this and investigating. They can reproduce it. I am hopeful they will come back here or to support to give a workaround or potential fix when they have it. Have a great weekend! Staff
Hi Stafford Quaid, tx for the update. FYI yesterday I added the 4 docs, this morning they're gone again.
- I would definitely put in a support call for this EricDeferm. Since Delve appears to be in ‘maintenance mode’ these days I think individual problems need to be called out. I wonder if Stafford Quaid might be able to help from the International perspective?
