Any updates on "Praise"?

The Delve "Praise" feature has been stuck in "Rolling Out" on the roadmap for about a year now. I haven't seen it in any of the Ignite screenshots or references anywhere else. Is "Praise" ever going to make a return, or has it been abandoned?

The latest official news I've been able to find about it is from a comment on this Office Blog post from February with mkashman saying "We are actively working on Praise for broader production rollout, with additional IT control per feedback we received during the initial First Release phase.". That was 8 months ago and there has been no additional news since then that I've been able to find.
