Hi Jeremy, I just bought a new Printer - ET-3958 by Epson. So a few days ago I started to print a flyer I was working on and it came out Great... then today I tried to print it again and it comes out smaller than the full page I did the first couple of times. I don't know what I did different except try to print it again. I had the Tech guy from EPSON on the phone & he did some troubleshooting on the printer and found everything working fine. He gave me the # for Microsoft so I called & their automated response was to go to this website for help. Any advice you can give me to fix this problem is very much appreciated as I am NOT tech savvy. You can send any advice to: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons. Thanks in advance.

HI Jeremy. I have a frustrating situation and I have no idea who to ask for help. I have a desktop computer with Windows 11 software. I have cancelled the Trend Micro security 'Auto Renewal', and I bout the Trend Micro product from Office Works. After one hour of playng around I then got a message saying that I cannot install the Third Party Trend Micro product. AAAHHH! I am a 74 year old lady and cannot find help. Can you possibl;y point me in a helpful direction? I would be eternally grateful. Kay
