Website lost network connection from time to time

Hi There,

 My IIS server is on windows 2019 server, so IIS is on 10.0.xxxx, I have 4 websites running on this server, and there are 5 NICs configured with 5 IPs which are on the same VLAN, same the gateway configured, IP band with each different website.

Recently one if the NIC get stuck from time to time, the behavior is not responding to traffic, if you ping the IP, you get time out, what we do is to disable the NIC and reenable it, then the traffic is back.

I searched windows log (App and System log file), I did not find error/warning related, I am wondering what to make the NIC stuck and how to fix it
