Server and Site Uptime For IIS

I am ingesting IIS(w3c format) logs in one of the log monitoring platform, I have to create a dashboard for server uptime, but by observing log fields i am not able to find a way to calculate it.

so, how can we calculate the server uptime of IIS ?
