peculiar problem with my website, https://mickwebsite.com

I have a peculiar problem with my website, https://mickwebsite.com, which I host on my home desktop computer using IIS 10. The website is accessible over mobile data but not over WiFi. Specifically...

I think the site could be accessed via a mobile browser but take time with Chrome. with Chrome, the picture of the site is talking time. with a mobile browser, might be it only loads the thumbnail quickly

    Thank you for your response. Sorry, but no, it does not address the real problem. It does not matter whether the site access is attempted from a desktop or a mobile browser. The download speeds [here in Canada] are very, very fast, 100 to 500 Mbps.
    I believe that the problem has something to do with the WiFi configuration, but I know not what 😞
    This message is one key piece of data. 
    This site can’t be reached. mickwebsite.com took too long to respond.
    And this also...
    resource (mickwebsite.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.
    However, However, these are general messages that cover many causes, so difficult to work with. I have very little experience with these so hopefully someone with more experience will come along 🙂
