IIS slow first load

I have a problem where IIS is taking a long time to load a page, 5 or so seconds even for something small and simple. This is on first load and then it appears to be okay. If I change the page at all, it appears to recreate the problem.

Everything ran absolutely fine when on Windows Server 2016, but since moving to Server 2022 this has become an issue. I've given the server more memory, so there's 2.5gig unused, as it was a little low, it seemed to help a little but did not cure the problem..

Appreciate some help as I have no idea what could be causing this.
