Avoid automatic redirect (added final /)
Hello, when a browser calls an URL pointing to a resource corresponding to a folder, IIS automatically replies with a redirect to the folder root. Is there a way to avoid such a redirect? ...

No rules and no Url rewrite installed....
in the title you said the redirection automatically adds "/" but in the body, you said it redirects to the root folder. which is your problem?
for example:
example.com/folder1 will redirect to example.com/folder/ or redirect to example.com/
for example:
example.com/folder1 will redirect to example.com/folder/ or redirect to example.com/
