Upgrade from Defender for Office 365 to Microsoft 365 Business Premium
My client is using Microsoft 365 Business Standard and plans to use Defender for Office Plan 1 and Defender for Business. Later on he wants to upgrade to Microsoft 365 Business Premium. I can upgrad...
once you applied the M365 Business Premium that include the Defender Plan 1, you can remove the Office plan 1 assigned to the users and cancel the subscription to it
thats good. So do we have to open a support case by microsoft for the cancellation ?
- No you can do it from O365 admin portal from the billing blade
