Send Email Submission Notifications to Sentinel

Is there any way to have a notification/alert delivered to Sentinel when a user reports an issue with an email? I don't see any options for this when I read User reported message settings - Office 365 | Microsoft Learn but I may be thinking about this for the wrong perspsective
