Recover email Microsoft Defender 5 months

Dear all, 

   By accident I did not check the SPAM email that was caught by Microsoft Defender. It has been about 5 months and I really want to recover a specific email. I found the list of the emails caught by Microsoft Defender on August 2023 and the email I was looking for was there, however when I click on it to restore it or review it, it gives me an error.

    I know it has been deleted or so and I really want to recover it.  

    I tried my IT department but they say it is deleted after one month, hence they can not do anything.

    Does someone know if there is a way to write to someone to try to recover it?

    The importance of this email is high and that is why I want to restore it.

    If the message was sitting in the Quarantine and has since expired (been deleted), there's nothing you can do to recover it. To avoid such issues in the future, ask your IT folks to configure (daily) quarantine notifications or similar.
