Quarantine details not showing for Quarantine Administrator User Accounts
Hello, A customer has some users that have been assigned the Quarantine Administrator Role. When these people open a Quarantined message they see "No data to show" under "Delivery details" and "E...
- I did find the solution shortly after this post. It was that the Defender Permissions were set to Exchange Online instead of Defender. After this you need to create the role under Defender XDR permissions.
It did work for several weeks, but two weeks ago the customer suddenly noticed this issue.
