MS Defender: Attack Simulation Training - Unable to Load Global Payloads

Hello,

I am trying to initialize the Attack Simulation Training feature in Defender but I'm running into an issue where I'm unable to see payloads in the console.

Even when I create a custom payload, it disappears, I've tried clearing all filters and having a global admin check payloads but they do not see anything either.

Both Global and Tenant Payloads fail to load any content. Adding/Removing filters does not change the result, I've had the global admins assign me the "Payload Author, and Simulation Admin" Roles.

We also have the right licensing for this content.

Am I missing something? A setting, Role, or other basic configuration I am overlooking?

I've posted in a few forums which lead me here, one response stated that the "attack simulation training may have a default display limit for the sake of performance and usability" ?
