- Microsoft 365 Business Premium does not include Threat Analytics, so what you are experiencing is expected.
To use Threat Analytics you need Defender for Endpoint Plan 2

If you purchase Defender for Office then that would also unlock Threat Analytics.

If not, ensure you have at least the Security Reader role assigned in Entra. If you're setting up Defender for Microsoft 365 you might want Security Administrator.
