Hey Sebastiaan, Thanks for your query. We do support delivery to on-prem mailboxes however, please note that for these accounts there will be limited functionality. While core features will work fine, the reported email (reported phish) telemetry will not be available for on-prem accounts.

    Hi Gopal-MSFT , does the MDO Attack Simulation capabilities work for thrid-party email systems such as Gmail or on-premises 3rd-party email system?

        Gopal-MSFT can you elaborate on what exactly what isn't supported with on-premise mailboxes.  There are no limitations I can find on the Microsoft documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/attack-simulation-training-get-started?view=o365-worldwide#what-do-you-need-to-know-before-you-begin or the FAQ https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/attack-simulation-training-faq?view=o365-worldwide
