Incorrect training status in attack simulation training
I've run a few attack simulation automations, and every time we get some users who say they have completed the training, but the status doesn't indicate that, and they keep getting training notifications. Is there anyway to figure out what is going on with these users? I do believe that they are completing the training before contacting the help desk about repeat reminders.

Microsoft
Hi btaylor93, some of the training modules have an exit course button positioned at the end. Once end-users click this button, the training status is updated accordingly. To investigate further, could you kindly provide the names of the training modules where you noticed this behavior? - MaziiCopper ContributorUnfortunately it seems like this product is not as reliable considering how large Microsoft is and the product caters for enterprise.
Similar issues had happened to me too. Not just for trainings but also the phishing simulation where the events generated indicate that the users clicked the link however all the users overvehemently disagreed and could say with full confidence that they did not press the link and even reported the email (!), added to the suspicion that it was a microsoft issue was that the event indicated by microsoft says that the link was click at the same moment the email was opened. honestly this product has been such a disappointment (lots of false positives and unreliable data metricses, for a phishing simulation product, U HAD 1 JOB Microsoft).. on my part we're considering of moving to a different platform be it knowbe4 or Mimecast.
