I was not sure what modules Defender for Business included, so I searched for and found the following article:

If it is correct then the product you are looking at does not include any of the facilities we normally discuss in this particular group. You may want to ask over in the general Microsoft 365 Defender or Security & Compliance groups.
Bitdefender? For us, it had efficacy shortcomings and we are kicking it out of the door when we find it in new acquisitions.
