How to add organization emails as safe sender

Defender is Quarantining internal emails, Can I change that so it's not happening?   Thanks   Dave D

    EdgeITGuy from threats policies section open your inbound anti-spam policy and add your custom domain as below

EdgeITGuy can you check in the review section which threat policy are quarantining your internal emails?
