How are the recommended safe links and attachments policies created?
I have two new policies called Recommend safe links policy and Recommended safe attachments policy. Does anyone know how or what process created these policies?

Is that something new that just started last month?
- Has been around for a while, but Microsoft targets different tenants for rollout all the time.
