Email entity option is missing

When I try to load up in email in Threat Explorer, the gold ribbon to open the email entity page is missing. Does anyone know an alternate way to access this?

    nateg1216 i'm facing the same issue.

    Yesterday it was working fine (i was doing some snapshots to explain customers how that entity page could help them for investigation,...)

    Now, i'll have a meeting with them and so my snapshots are not reflecting the reality because the gold ribbon is not displaying anymore...

    And no direct link or config parameters to set the new email entity page showing all the time ..

    My bad...

    MS, could you please explain / solve it asap ?
