Unable to find any apps in Conditional Access App Controls
- Sep 15, 2022
Hi dilanmic,
Try to change the session control to "monitor only" this won't require a custom policy. Most office apps should be pre-onboarded already so this will force them to appear in the console after a session has been sent to proxy.
Another useful tool for troubleshooting and onboarding apps is the admin toolbar. If your testing or onboarding new apps this can help.

Microsoft
Great news, thanks dilanmic!
One thing I forgot to mention, if you're testing these scenarios, it's also a good idea to use an InPrivate/incognito session so nothing is cached. This can produce some unexpected results.

Thank you very much!
I have already tried with Block download, but still no luck. However, I will try the monitor only mode as well and see.
