snapshot report struck at processing

We are importing a csv file (using custom parser option) to create a snapshot report but for some reason the report is struck at processing indefinitely. In last attempt for more than 36 hours, therefore we deleted the report (which was still under processing) and created another snapshot report using csv file. The csv file is just 4 mb in size. Despite this the snapshot report is still not created and show processing for last 8 hours. Any suggestions?

    I am facing the same issue. I tried custom report, PaloAlto firewall report and other. All reports are less than 10 MB, it is parsing successfully but then it shows me "Processing - Analyzing data" for more than 24 hours.

    Per their, portal, it may take 10 minutes to process 50 MB data but mine is just 10MB and it is still not able to analyze it.
