Session controlled Microsoft apps very slow response

Hello

For the past 2 months we have been receiving complaints regarding D365 slowness off and on.  D365 was included in my session controlled policy.  I disabled the policy and the complaints have stopped.  Is there part of the policy setup that was missed.  I really need the benefits of MCAS without impacting the business.  Thanks

Hi David.  Is Microsoft doing anything to resolve this slowness.  Its almost 1 year and appear nothing has changed I need to be able to apply a sensitivity label to excel exports from D365 and the managed edge browser doesn't seem to support this.  Help...

  • Hi Kevin,

Indeed, we are aware that some latency is inevitable for customers using a service that proxies traffic. While we have a number of ways to optimize traffic and speed, there are cases where the latency is hard to accept for end users.
This is why we have invested in a new approach to real time control, setting up controls at the browser (Edge) level. This will provide you similar end results, with almost no latency.
