Upload Information
When I look at our Discovered apps page, I do not see any information for the Upload information. How is this calculated or identified? I do know we are sending data files to certain websites and we ...
Discovered apps page is populated by analyzing logs from firewall/proxies against our cloud app catalog to identify apps and rate them based on compliance with various security parameters. The more detailed your log the better visibility you get in the dashboard. Some firewall logs do not contain certain attributes such as amount of uploaded data. Please validate that this attribute was included in the logs that were uploaded for Discovery. For reference, the below link shows the attributes present for each supported firewall.
