Microsoftfrank_df Are you looking to have a dynamic greeting? Meaning, for an Italian, it would say Ciao, for a french Bonjour, etc. Or are you looking to change it for all?
If you would like to change it for all, you can simply use a customized notification text.
If you want to have a dynamic greeting, we don't have a native way to support it, but you could use power automate to create a Flow that would send different emails, based on the language of the user.
