Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Cloud App Security

yes, the combination of Microsoft 365 Business Premium along with the standalone plan for Defender for Cloud Apps should support the use of Activity policies, such as 'Mass download by a single user.':
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium already includes Microsoft Defender for Business
- The standalone product of Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps doesn't require an additional Microsoft 365 Plan
- Microsoft 365 Cloud App Security is a part of Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, offering enhanced visibility and control for Microsoft 365
