MCAS Conditional Access App Control - Apps dont show up

Hello Everyone, i am setting up MCAS Conditional Access App Control. After Configuring the Conditional Access Policy, the Apps wont show up. When I look at the browser History of my Client is see, that it got routed to the special URL. But just for a second. After that a new Page loads with the normal URL of de Office App.

After a second without the "mcas.ms": https://outlook.office.com/owa/logoff.owa
