Manual Log Upload - 20 files limit

I am trying to upload Bluecoat ProxySG logs for snapshot report. But I have more than 300 files in gz zip format. Is there a way to merge these files and upload them. If I manually merge it, MCAS is unable to parse it. Any assistance for workaround.
