Impossible Travel User Notification

Does anyone have an example of the email content received by endusers when the option to "Notify User" (under Governance Actions | All Apps) is selected within the Impossible Travel Policy?  What is included in the email to the user and can this be modified to include the specifics of the Impossible Travel location?
