DLP Progress

Is there a way to find out what the progress of a DLP scan is?  I need a way to prove that yes DLP is up and running and has actually scanned all files in our environment.

  • Hi Michael,

    There isnt.

You can open a support ticket and ask for the status if its a one-time check, but there is no way to get the status constantly.

    Regards,

    Dima.

  • Hello MIchael,

If you go to the fiels page and expand a file you can see that one of the fields is scan status.

You can see there whether this file has been scanned or not.

We provide this data on a per file basis and not in general as each customers scans depend on what policies they set up.

    Regards,

    Dima.

So there is no way to actually see an overall picture of scan status.

Is there a powershell command I can run to give me a count of all files that have been touched by the DLP engine?
