DLP created in compliance center do not populat in MCAS

I create a DLP policy through the Compliance center, and I am waiting more then 5 hours and its still doesn't  populate in MCAS as a policy.

Any suggestion Whay?

    Have you selected Microsoft Cloud App Security as the location while creating the DLP Policy in the Compliance Center?

      update; it took about 20 hours till the policy was populate in MCAS.
