It appears you haven't yet configured a conditional access policy in Entra ID, to redirect the proper apps you're trying to use through Conditional Access App Control to Defender for Cloud Apps.

- I did that too but still no luck.
- Yoann_David_MalletI would recommend confirming in the Entra ID conditional access logs that the policy does apply, and if you still get no results, please open a support case with Microsoft.
