Cloud App Security event monitoring for ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

a customer is asking about how many requests MCAS can do via API to ServiceNow (in term of events in a time, how many time is checking the API), because they want to understand if MCAS can afflicts the performance of ServiceNow due to monitoring API events.

    andreanori it really depends: the bigger your tenant is, the more activities and queries it will generate.

    Regarding impacting performance globally at the Service-Now level, we haven't seen that happening, despite a large number of customers already using that API connector.

      Yoann_David_Mallet thanks for your reply, I know that it's a not measurable request, but it's enough for customer just to know that no impact happened on other customers about ServiceNow.
