    Mary_Yvette Thanks for your message.

    MCAS will sync each all accounts for all the apps you have. Then if you look into the list of users and accounts, you will see that there is a separate Account for each app under which a user has an account. If you want to filter out duplicates (based on email address), select "User" and not "Account" in the filter at the top of the Users and Accounts page.
