Blocking uploads to personal Outlook - Cross Post

Hi,   Posted this on the M365 Defender forum but might be better here.   Using MDCA or MDE is it possible to block file uploads to personal webmail services such as Outlook.com/Gmail etc.   ...

typod this can be accomplished using endpoint DLP, but it’s not possible with MDCA/MDE directly though.
