blocking app for group of users in defender for cloud apps

Yes, it is possible to block specific cloud apps like Dropbox or TeamViewer using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for a group of users or a specific department. Here are the steps to do so:
Open the Microsoft Defender Security Center portal and sign in with your admin credentials..
To apply the block to a specific group of users or department, go to "App policies" and create a new policy.
In the policy settings, select the app you want to block and choose the group of users or department you want to apply the policy to.
Save the policy and wait for it to be applied to the selected users.
Once the policy is applied, the selected users or departments will no longer be able to access the blocked app on their devices. They will receive an error message when they try to use it.

I am logged in to the MS Defender for endpoints but unable to see the app policies over there. Could you please help me to locate that

Thanks for sharing the KB article. but when i am creating a policy it is not showing apps like dropbox or teamviewer in the app filter. It is giving me options like MS 365 admin center or MS 365 security center.
