Apply automatic labels to SharePoint site
Hi Waqas,
There is no limitation for the number of files protected by the policy.
If the policy you configured doesn't have any conditions in place that match only a subset of the files in the Sharepoint site/folder, you should have all files protected.
If you still see that only some of the documents are protected, please contact our support team. They would gladly help with troubleshooting.

I noticed that protection is not stopped but it does not consist as sometimes it protects 100 documents per day and sometime 1000. Is there any setting for as we have around 5000 documents in a library and want to know how long it will take? does it also depend on the size of the document?
