License on-premise defender for server VMs

Thanks Stanislav 🙂 Are there still possibilities to license EDR apart from ASC licensing? Does the customer have an advantage if he has EDR licenses like MS365 E5 or are these different EDR ways of licensing? What about self hosted SQL servers and defender in Azure? Does the VM simply need the Defender plan via the ASC like any other and is it included as well? Kind Regards Sebastian
