Inconsistent Vuln Info

The Installed applications in Defender for Cloud is showing Windows Server 2022 with 24 vulnerabilities, when I click on the Powered with Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management link, the  Discovered Vulnerabilities page for this device in the M365 Defender portal is blank (no vulnerabilities are listed). 

 

How can I resolve this discrepancy?
