In Azure China, application Gateway WAF not available as security solution under Defender for Cloud

Pretty much the title itself. When I look at the "security solutions" blade in Defender for cloud in Azure Global (non-China) I can see Application Gateway WAF is listed there, but the same is not true for Azure China.

 

In this case my question is, how do we monitor/track/remeidate or basically have any insights and information of any applciation attacks that are performed against the applicaitons behind the WAF?

 

Tried Log Aanalytics queries, but it only provide petrics based performance information, nothing on the application level attakcs.
